The sea and water area of the thalassotherapy centre of Bénodet proposes underwater jet spray, waterfall, Jacuzzi, bubbling seats, swimming pools, saunas and steam baths. The aromatherapy room will invite you to deep relaxation, soothed by a relaxing music and calmed by the steams of essential oil.
As an extral, take advantage of the shiatsu, watsu, Thai massages, Californian massages, foot reflexology and medical foot care.
The treatment programmes proposed by the institute are: Back into shape treatment, Seniors in Form, Special Legs programme, Young Mom post natal programme, Health of your Back, Thinness and figure, Antistress and Fulfilment. Thalassotherapy weekends are also organized, as well as trainings « Special Back » and « Stress Control ».
An original programme « Dance and Thalasso », which allies relaxation and dancing lessons, is proposed too.

Hotel "Kastel"
Each room in facade located on the front of the Kastel hotel opens on to the sea as far as the eye can see. They are quite spacious and well ordered for quiet and restful stays.
They are of a surface about 215 sq feet and have: double panoramic bay windows for your comfort, direct telephone and internet sockets, TV with Canal +, Eurosport, Cinema and Travel, a large sunny bathroom with bathtub.
Restaurants : Your meals will depend on your choice of accommodation. If you stay at the Kastel Hotel, you can take your meals in the restaurant of the establishment.

At the Kastel hotel restaurant, breakfasts are served in the form of very substantial buffet where each one will find their pleasure: croissants and similar food, Breton pancakes, dairies.
For lunch and dinner, you will taste creative menus of gastronomy created with products of the region. You will be surprised at the lightness of the fish prepared with spices of the Mediterranean Sea, at shrimps brochettes or pears and prunes poached in spices.
Sports and Activities : Casino, cinemas, two golf 18 holes (5km from the institute is the Golf of Odet, and 18km is the Golf of Cornouaille), tennis, bike rental, visit of the archipelago of Glénan with the speedboats of the Odet.
Numerous sea activities: fishing, pedal boats, sea kayaks, windsurfing, sailing, rent of motorboats. About 20km away from the centre is the Point of La Torche well known by surfers and windsurfers.
